How does a match work?
When you like someone and they like you back, it's a match. From that point on you can chat.

Why don't I get notifications for new chat messages?
Via the Notifications menu option you can set whether you want to receive message notifications in the app, via your browser, or by email. IMPORTANT: if ND-Link is installed as an app on your device (pinned to your home screen), you only get notifications while the tab is active in your browser.

Yes, in the search filter you can set an age range and search by city and postcode. If you enter only the first digits of the postcode, you select a wider area.

These are tools to record your stress signals, helpful thoughts and crisis plan. You can quickly find them via the SOS screen when needed.

Is the data from my personal tools (Me menu) stored privately?
All data from the Me menu is stored locally on your device by default for maximum privacy. You decide yourself whether to sync it to your account.

How do I sign up for an event?
Open the event and click Sign up. For paid events you can buy tickets and you'll receive a confirmation. You can also cancel your registration again.

Can I organise an event myself?
Yes, as a Premium member you can create free events and invite attendees. PRO and ORG members can also organise paid events with ticket management.

Chatting is only possible after a match. Without a match, chat isn't available yet.

How do I cancel my subscription?
