Neurodivergence describes brains that develop, process and function differently from what is considered typical. It is not a deficit — it is a variation.

Conditions such as ADHD, autism, giftedness, high sensitivity and learning differences are all forms of neurodivergence. Each brings its own strengths, challenges and ways of experiencing the world.
